    Oh honey, this neon is everything! Beautifully vibrant and the fit is very flattering. I am 68” and 160 lbs and got a size lrg to accommodate these 40” hips, so I will need to alter the upper half to fit my waist better as it is meant to be worn high, but overall I still love this skirt.
