Return Policy


Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! If you’re unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept non-custom items to be returned for refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days from the date of delivery as indicated by courier notification. You can start your return process here:
  • The following item/s are non-returnable: Swimwear, Jewelry, Shipping insurance. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear or jewlery. We encourage you to refer to our size charts and product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
  • Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
  • All personalized, name, initial styles and any custom orders are FINAL SALE *This includes items that have a single initial.
  • We are not responsible for return shipping charges, therefore if an item is returned for a refund, shipping charges will be deducted from credited amount unless the item is damaged up arrival or the wrong item is sent. Customers who opt for store credit or exchange will not be responsible for return shipping fee's.
  • Please provide photos as proof if you've received an item(s) that's defective or damaged.  

Please take extra care when packing your items to ensure they will not be damaged in transit. All returns will be go through an inspection process before they are accepted. We are unable to accept returned products that have been damaged. (Tangled, scratched etc.) If we do not receive your return package as described above, we reserve the right to refuse your return or please note a fee may apply.
