Striped Sleeves Button Down Cardigan

When I first saw this cardigan I was in love. However, what I received was nothing like what was advertised. My cardigan was cropped and the sleeves landed in the middle of arms length. Very disappointing. With a ten day return policy there was no time to return. Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing anything else. For reference I’m 5 “4” and wear a size medium and bought a medium.
