Love the hat! And the fit is amazing. Looked forward to its arrival. However very disappointed in its packaging - discarded and smashed. Customer service department please ensure that you keep your customers satisfied with careful handling and better presentation - that’s your brand.

I love hats and this was a must have as soon as I saw it!! It arrived a little bent do to the way it was packaged but nothing that I wasn’t able to correct. They should mail hats inside of a box, but the quality was good and the creases came out. I love the style of this hat!!
