As mentioned in a previous email to affected customers, a fire occurred at one of partner warehouses, which has unfortunately caused delays in our shipping process. Thankfully, no one was harmed, and the situation has been fully contained.
While we were optimistic about resuming normal operations by now, the ongoing recovery efforts have caused orders to be delayed by an additional 2-3 weeks. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and understand how frustrating it is to experience delays with your purchase.
