My gift card took a significant amount off of a really cute jacket I had my eye on....however I still haven't received my goodies. Item was purchased on Oct. 31 and today is Nov. 21, 2024 and it still hasn't shipped....

Order problem
One of the best companies to work with. If there is a problem they solve it. Placed several orders and sometimes I have to wait a little, but worth it! Superb quality in clothing.

I need someone to assist me I made 3 purchases with Kelly Obi New York I only received 1 item the dress this company is the worse I'm still being charge 79.00 for 2 hats I will never receive Shop Pay needs to contact Kelly Obi New York regarding my refund. This is not the first time Kelly Obi post clothing on there web page and don't have the item ORDER # 24926 there is no rating for this company
